Our marketing team works to create a unique brand image for each new project by carefully choosing its name, logo, and visual identity to match the personality of the residence and meet the expectations of the local community.

Our Executive Team

Joseph Schlachter

Director
Joseph brings over 25 years of diverse background ranging from detailed technical positions through to senior management and executive roles. Much of this background was acquired while holding various positions within some of Canada's largest multi discipline engineering consulting and construction firms.

Josephs work experience was built upon an education that entails engineering and business/marketing while attending both the Northern Institute of Technology and University of Calgary.

Drew Shaw

Director
Drew’s extensive career includes roles as CEO and CFO, overseeing financial elements, capital transaction and raising of capital (over $300M to date), financial management, tax management and budgets, to investor relations and special projects, as well as legal and regulatory departments. His academic credentials include a Certified Professional Accountant designation and a Commerce degree from the University of Alberta.

Drew Shaw brings over 25 years of leadership, management and financial experience in various industries, including private and publicly traded companies, ranging from petroleum and manufacturing to renewable energy.
