The Waterview in Nelson, BC
Conveniently located in downtown Nelson, the Waterview offers 125 well-appointed suites including one-bedroom, two-bedroom, and studio layouts.
Every suite has the convenience of its own kitchenette with a large fridge and features many safety and accessibility enhancements, such as an emergency call system and grab bars. The building contains a separate dining room, lounges, recreation areas, theater, and rooftop patio.
Additionally, the Waterview has five Commercial units with street frontage.
